Account deletion may be irreversible. Submit a request only if you want to lose access to the account and its associated data, except for records that may need to be retained for specific reasons.

What Is Deleted and What May Remain

The wording is intentionally precise: data is deleted where deletion is permitted, while limited records may remain when there is a legal, security, financial, or administrative reason.

Deleted when the request is completed

  • Account profile data.
  • Authentication and account access data.
  • Personal in-app usage data linked to the account.
  • Personal registration or account files and images.
  • Notifications and other personal data linked to the account where deletion is permitted.

Limited records may be retained

  • Records required for legal or security purposes.
  • Financial, employment, or administrative records where needed.
  • Audit or dispute-resolution records, limited to what is necessary.
  • Any retained data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

The flow verifies ownership first, creates an admin-reviewed request, then completes deletion after review.

    Enter your name, registered phone number, and final confirmation.

    A verification code is sent to your registered number, then entered in Step 2.

    Administration reviews

    A verified request is created for review; the website does not auto-delete the account.

    After verification, the account is deleted within two business days and you are notified by registered-phone message.
