You can delete from inside the app
Open Be Group, then Settings, My Account, Delete Account, and follow the verification step.
Account and data deletion
Account deletion may be irreversible. Submit a request only if you want to lose access to the account and its associated data, except for records that may need to be retained for specific reasons.
Before You Request Deletion
Review these points so the request is clear and tied to your actual app account.
Open Be Group, then Settings, My Account, Delete Account, and follow the verification step.
Enter your name and registered phone number, then verify ownership with a code.
After completion, you may lose access to the account and its data inside the app.
You may share a reason to help the administration team, or leave it blank.
What Is Deleted and What May Remain
The wording is intentionally precise: data is deleted where deletion is permitted, while limited records may remain when there is a legal, security, financial, or administrative reason.
What Happens After Submission
The flow verifies ownership first, creates an admin-reviewed request, then completes deletion after review.
Enter your name, registered phone number, and final confirmation.
A verification code is sent to your registered number, then entered in Step 2.
A verified request is created for review; the website does not auto-delete the account.
After verification, the account is deleted within two business days and you are notified by registered-phone message.
Request form
Use this form if you cannot complete the request inside the app or prefer to submit it through the website.
Verify the phone number registered in the Be Group app using a code sent to that same number. This form sends a verified request to administration; it does not delete the account immediately.
Your account deletion request has been received and sent to administration. We will review the request and verify the registered phone number, then delete the account within two business days after verification. You will be notified by a message to your registered phone number once the process is complete.
